Inside words
This is a collection of poems for the things we keep inside. the anger, fear, fights, and regrets
Say it because it's true
You are worthy of love and deserve to
Live
You are worthy of love and deserve to
Live
You are worthy of love and deserve to
Live
You are worthy of love and deserve to
Live
You are worthy of love and deserve to
Live
Say this to get out of bed in the morning
Say this through the tears
Say this to drown out the thoughts
Say this even if you don't believe it
Say this because you deserve to hear it

Can I talk to you
Can I talk to you?
Where are we?
When did I find myself back in this place
where I thought you would be
What is the path you took from here
Is that so far my voice will not reach you
or are you still here
and my voice is just a piece
of the space between us
Where must I go to be heard?
Where will you be when you listen?
Can I talk to you?
Can I tell you that I'm here- too?
In this space
In this time
Can I talk to you?

Fuck you, Tenderly
A letter to the people who know who they are,
May
Madness seize you,
And
Love evade you
Fuck you,
Tenderly,
- the demon you thought I was

Borderline
I don't know what this is... this edge
The fall. The stand up. The fall again.
Intense, unstable, distorted, chronic
Loss. Gain. Loss
To feel and not go mad
To feel and not fear
To feel and not harm
To feel and not lose
Am I asking to much?
to much of the borderline

The After
Wrestling with insanity is hard in the moment because you're tired and don't know what's real
But the after they don't talk about, is the rushing of regret and fear because you realize how little of it was real
And still that makes you question is this real now

Say it because it's true
How to tell your friends your suicidal
make it the title of a poem in your notes app
Wondering if you'll ever actually publish it
Because poetic words are easier to say than;
I want to die
Or
Help
And I'm sorry
So make it the title of a poem
That they'll never read
Make it the title of a poem
that you'll someday have the courage
to read it out loud
Make it the title of a poem
with the clear understanding
That you
Are trying to live
