Loss. Gain. Loss
To feel and not go mad

Wrestling with insanity
is hard in the moment
because you're tired
and don't know what's real
But the after
they don't talk about,
is the rushing of regret and fear
because you realize how little of it was real
And still that makes you question
is this real now
